Full name: Paul Hoepfner-Homme
Bio: Paul was lucky enough to have an eccentric family that stuck out like a “green thumb” in yuppie Oakville. Rejecting the neighbour-hood status quo, his family turned their lawns into organic gardens. Upon completing his computer science degree he made it his mission to learn how to live sustainably. This passion led him to apprentice at Everdale, an organic farm in Ontario, where he gained skills and knowledge in operating an organic vegetable farm. In 2008 he moved to Nelson and received a Permaculture Design Certificate in Winlaw. The vibrant community here inspired him to start living his dream.
